Prairie, Late June

Prairie, Late June comes from a summer spent driving the back roads outside the Cities, chasing that particular gold that prairie grass takes on right before it browns. I wanted to paint distance itself — the way the land just keeps going until haze swallows it — rather than any single, identifiable field.
